Entira Family Clinics has a telephone triage department, staffed with specially trained registered nurses. The nurses are ready to take your call from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call your clinic to reach a Triage nurse.
The nurses will listen to your concerns, evaluate your symptoms and offer advice, education or recommendations for appropriate, timely medical care, including help with making appointments. If you are hospitalized or treated in an emergency room , upon discharge an Entira triage nurse will contact you by phone to check on your progress and to assist with follow- up care needs.
